Join us for Zumba, Zumba Kids, Dance Fitness, Pound Fit, Kickboxing, Yoga, and BurleXercise classes

We are looking to add a Zumbini class to our schedule on either Monday’s or Tuesday’s, contact us via email if you are interested. We are needing 5 students in order to run this class.

Current Rates

Drop in fee $8.00 per class
5 class punch card $30.00
10 class punch card $55.00

BIO’s on our Fitness instructors:

Aeris Stott – Energetic Zumba instructor that gives an effective mix of traditional Zumba and Hip Hop/Pop Zumba

Cassie Heos -I have been doing group fitness since 1978. For the past 10 years I’ve been 💃 dancing to international rhythms as a licensed Zumba instructor. Join me for the fun.

Danielle D’Mello – Danielle is a recent Michigan State graduate in Physiology with plans to go PA school. Dancing all throughout her childhood, she wanted to bring dance back into her life as an adult. She’s a certified Zumba and Group Fitness Instructor and trained in kickboxing as well. Her goal is to create a place where people can come workout and have a blast doing so!

Deborah O’Connell – Deborah is a body positive fitness instructor who strives for classes where everyone has fun and leaves feeling better than when they walk in. She currently is a Zumba instructor and the creator of BurleXercise (a burlesque inspired fitness class). She also has a degree from Hope College in Dance Performance and Choreography.
