WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance fitness class based on trending pop and hip- hop music. WERQ is a pre-choreographed workout with new routines made available weekly. With hundreds of choreography videos, WERQ Instructors have the power to create unique playlists based on routines designed by high-caliber WERQ choreographers.

DanceFIT with Shawnthea
This class is a mix of WERQ and Zumba, high energy class with world and trending pop/hip hop music. Pre-choreographed workout utilizing the two different styles together. BRAND NEW – first class June 18th
