Pound Fitness

Full-body Cardio Jam Session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming, great CORE training!

WERQ with Allie & Katie

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance fitness class based on trending pop and hip- hop music. WERQ is a pre-choreographed workout with new routines made available weekly. With hundreds of choreography videos, WERQ Instructors have the power to create unique playlists based on routines designed by high-caliber WERQ choreographers.

Saturday Morning – 8:30 am to 9:30 am – WERQ Instructor Allie Affandy or Katie Jaskolski

Mix Tape Fitness

Fitness class which is cohosted by Deb O’Connell/Christine Curtice and features both Zumba, BurleXercise, and Resistance/Circuit training.

First Saturday of every month – 9:30 am to 11:00 am
