Zumba

The class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at “workout” forever. Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise!

Tuesday Evening – 6:15 PM to 7:00 PM with Danielle Germaine

Saturday Morning – 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with Molls Sanders

Zumba + Lift

Zumba + Lift is a new, official Zumba program blending the brand’s energetic dance-fitness with dedicated strength training intervals, using weights (5-15+ lbs) or bands for muscle building alongside cardio to enhance fitness, launched in early 2026 after being introduced at ZinCon 2025 by Beto Pérez. It’s a music-driven, science-based workout that separates cardio and lifting segments for effectiveness, aiming to burn fat, build strength, and boost endurance in one complete session.

Yoga with Karen

Our Beginner Yoga class is designed for those new to yoga or returning to the practice who want a supportive yet engaging experience. This class focuses on building a strong foundation through proper alignment, breath awareness, and fundamental poses, while thoughtfully incorporating progressions that gently challenge strength, flexibility, and balance. Participants can expect a steady pace, clear instruction, and options for all levels—making it accessible, confidence-building, and rewarding without feeling overwhelming.

Barre Fitness

Barre fitness is a low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to build muscle and improve flexibility. It typically involves small, controlled movements at a ballet barre or stable surface, with a focus on isometric contractions and stretching.

Thursday Evening – 5:30PM to 6:30PM

CIRCL Mobility by Zumba

CIRCL Mobility is a fitness program developed by Zumba that focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and breathwork through functional movement exercisesIt aims to help individuals move better and longer by releasing physical restrictions, restoring range of motion, and renewing core capabilities. The program incorporates elements of mindfulness and community, offering classes that combine rhythmic movements, controlled breathing, and targeted exercises.

Pound Fitness

Full-body Cardio Jam Session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming, great CORE training! POUND is a 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix™, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session!

Zumba SenTAO

Zumba Sentao is a high-intensity workout that combines dance moves with strength and resistance training, using a chair as a prop and workout partnerThe class focuses on core work, muscle toning, and cardio, all while incorporating the energy of a Zumba party. The name “Sentao” is Spanish slang for “sitting,” referencing the chair’s role.
