STUDIO RENTAL
Looking for space to rehearse in or host your next event? We have 3 studio rooms complete with a floating sprung dance floor, mirrors, fixed ballet barres, free standing ballet barres, and sound system. We also have a reception area with Four restrooms, bench and chair seating, and plenty of on-site parking to suit your event needs. We do have an adjacent kitchen without a stove/oven to studio 3.
Birthday or Party event?

- Games and perhaps a dance instructor that can teach a short dance routine.
- Maybe just a dance party with music and DJ lights?
Are you looking for a rehearsal space, a great place for a birthday party or special event?
- 3 different sized studio rooms.
- PA Sound systems with ability to connect laptops, tablet or cell phones.
- Cost is scaled to fit the size of the studio room.
SPECIAL NOTE: IN SOME SITUATIONS IF CLEAN UP IS NEEDED, ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON THE EVENT.
Studio Room Options
Studio 1
Medium room, used for small to medium sized groups. Generally holds a maximum of 25 to 30 people.
$40.00 per hour
Studio 2
Smallest room, used for Solo, Duo, or Trio rehearsals usually or for our Tiny’s and Mini’s age groups. Generally holds a maximum of 15 people.
$30.00 per hour
Studio 3
Largest room, used for medium to large groups. Generally holds a maximum of 40 to 45 people.
$50.00 per hour
