Competitive Team Classes
If you are interested in taking your dancing to the next level, then we recommend that you evaluate for our KIO Dance Studio Competition team. You will make new friends AND learn the value of teamwork.
Our instructors are all top-level performers and dancers and have a passion to help you achieve your dreams with dance. Our team competes at various competitions regionally/nationally and attends dance conventions.
Dancers ages 5-Adult that evaluate receive placements in the appropriate groups per your level of dancing.
Classes begin Monday September 9th!!
- Competitive Dance classes are Ages 5 – Adult years old
Full Team
The Full team requires you to take all required classes and compete in all regional competitions per season. All required events and external conventions are required. Additional competitions and nationals are required. Approximately 6 – 10+ hours weekly. 2 to 4 days varies by age, group, and level.
Intro Team
The Intro team must take all required classes and compete in at least 2 or 3 regional competitions per season. Required events such as in-studio workshops and studio master classes. Additional competitions and nationals are optional if in a full team group. Approximately 3 – 6+ hours per week. 2 to 3 days varies by age, groups, and level.
Adult Team
The Adult competitive participants are open to do whatever regional competitions per season. No required events, optional participation. External conventions are offered to the students. Any additional competitions and nationals are optional. Approximately 2+ hours per week. 1 to 2 days varies by age, group, and level.
